1. Please describe the scope of company’s involvement for your project?

I run a flower and bouquet delivery project here in Nagpur. Its an online portal and we have been into flower business for the past 3 generation. My company has been doing a good online business but in the past 2-3 years I have decided to explore opportunities within the online community as well. However, online presence became a little challenging to us and that's why we decided to work with dConsumerI Mediatech, who assisted us in developing my website and they have been also looking into my digital marketing project.

2. What made you choose this company and how different they are from other companies?

Dynamic people.

3. Is there any specific quality you would like to highlight about the company?

They are still looking into my digital marketing activities and I am getting a good result out of it. Every month they plan a campaign and many activities like ground level activities etc. Recently they have suggested me to collect the testimonials of people who collect the flower and cakes so we can put those reviews on our website and they are using it to promote my business in a better way on various social media platforms like Facebook pages etc.

4. Was the company easy to work with? Were problems and challenges addressed quickly, thoroughly and professionally?

They are situated in the same city where I am located so that makes it easy for me to drop into their office whenever needed.

5. Did the company delivered as per your expectation?

Yes, they did a great work provided they are 4-5 year old company.

6. Is there any feedback or suggestion for the company from the project standpoint view?

I have been very happy with the overall activities, statistical analysis and reports which are always in time. Both the directors got a very good experience. They analyse the project like it’s their own business. The only thing I would like to highlight in terms of a constructive feedback would be they have to strengthen their business development team as it is little low key and the directors are into business development process as well so I think there is a little improvement needed out there specially if they want to go Global.
